PRECONSTRUCTION PLANNINGWe always aim to develop building designs quickly but carefully, so as to allow the maximum time possible for detailed design development. We offer design services with our partner Architects. Our clients are also encouraged to become involved in the design process from the start, as their detailed input is essential in the evolution of the building design.

Interior DesignWe offer you an option of Interior Design alongside the main Build Design. We also do Interior Fit Outs for Offices and Residential. We work with an excellent team of consultants in the industry to ensure quality work, excellent finishes done in a timely and efficient manner.

CONSTRUCTION ManagementWe collaborate with the client right from the beginning and work hand in hand to oversee that the design is well implemented on site. We ensure that all contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants adhere to appropriate policies and procedures and that the work is progressing according to plan.
